Pursuant to article 13 of GDPR, we inform you that personal data processing in this Web site exclusively pertains to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of CNR-ILC institutional purposes or, in any case, connected to the exercise of tasks of public interest and to the exercise of public powers to which CNR-ILC is entitled, including transparency, communication, scientific research and dissemination purposes and analyses for statistical, educational and administrative purposes, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter e), of GDPR and, in particular, in order to provide and improve possible Web services offered.

Processing and Storage Methods

Personal data provided and collected for presentation in this Web site will be managed by CNR-ILC personnel, according to current regulations, basing their processing on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. Personal data will be processed at CNR-ILC operational offices with mainly IT and telematic methods, in compliance with the provisions of article 32 of GDPR. CNR-ILC adopts no automated decision-making process in its institutional Web site, including profiling, pursuant to article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of GDPR.

Rights of Data Subjects

At any time, Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and correct or cancel them or limit the processing concerning them or oppose their processing in accordance with the provisions of articles from 15 to 22 of GDPR.
